1. About these terms
This website is operated by F&T Pet Products ("we", "us"). By browsing it you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
Separate commercial terms may appear on a quotation, proforma or invoice we send you. Where they conflict with this page, the terms on that document govern that order.
2. This site is a catalogue, not a shop
There is no cart and no checkout here. Nothing on this website is an offer to sell. Product listings, prices and availability are an invitation for you to enquire, and we are not obliged to supply any item shown.
3. Who we sell to
We supply wholesale to businesses — pet retailers, groomers, breeders, clinics and distributors. By placing an order you confirm you are buying in the course of a business and are authorised to do so on behalf of the entity you name.
4. Prices
- Prices shown on this site are indicative per-piece wholesale rates, exclusive of GST and of freight.
- They are not a quotation. The rate that applies to you is the one on the quotation or invoice we issue, which reflects quantity, current input costs and your destination.
- We may change listed prices at any time without notice. A quotation we have issued stands for the period stated on it, or 7 days if no period is stated.
- GST is charged at the rate applicable on the date of invoice.
5. Orders
An order is formed only when we confirm it in writing — by WhatsApp message, email or invoice. Until then we may decline or adjust an enquiry for any reason, including stock shortfall, pricing error or minimum-quantity requirements.
Minimum order quantities apply and vary by product. We will tell you the applicable minimum when we quote.
6. Payment
Payment terms are set out on your invoice. We take no payments through this website. We will never ask for your card number, CVV, OTP, UPI PIN or net-banking password — by any channel. Treat any such request as fraudulent and contact us directly on +91 80761 69930.
Goods remain our property until paid for in full. Risk passes to you on delivery to you or to your nominated carrier.
7. Delivery, shortages and defects
Dispatch timelines quoted to you are estimates made in good faith and are not guaranteed dates. Freight is quoted separately. How we handle damage, shortage and incorrect goods is set out in our shipping and returns policy, which forms part of these terms.
8. Product information
We photograph our own stock and write our own product sheets, and we try hard to keep them accurate. Even so:
- Colours vary between screens, and between production batches.
- Dimensions and weights are nominal and subject to manufacturing tolerance.
- Packaging and minor design details may change without notice.
Pet products are not indestructible. They are sold for supervised use by animals, and it is the end user's responsibility to choose a size and type appropriate to their pet, supervise play, and discard an item once it is damaged. You are responsible for passing on any safety information supplied with the goods to your own customers.
9. Resale
You may resell goods bought from us. You may not misrepresent their origin or specification, remove or alter safety labelling, or present yourself as an authorised agent, franchisee or representative of F&T Pet Products without our written agreement.
10. Intellectual property
The F&T Pet Products name and logo, the photography on this site, the product sheets and the written descriptions are ours. You may use our product photographs and copy to list and promote goods you have bought from us. Any other copying, republication or commercial use needs our written permission.
11. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to interfere with this website, scrape it at a volume that degrades it for others, or use it for anything unlawful.
12. Availability of the site
We provide this website "as is". We do not promise it will be available uninterrupted or free of errors, and we may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice.
13. Liability
Our liability in connection with any order is limited to the invoice value of the goods concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit, lost sales or loss of goodwill. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
14. Force majeure
We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, including transport disruption, supplier failure, civil disturbance, natural events or acts of government.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here on the date your order is confirmed.
16. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
