1. The short version
This is a catalogue website. It has no accounts, no shopping cart, no checkout and no database. It does not ask you to register, and it does not set analytics or advertising cookies. If you want to buy from us, you contact us on WhatsApp, by phone or by email, and we handle that conversation like any other business correspondence.
2. Who we are

3. What this website collects
Directly: nothing. There is no form on this site that submits data to us over the internet. The enquiry form on the contact page runs entirely in your browser: it takes what you type and uses it to pre-write a WhatsApp message. Nothing is transmitted until you choose to send that message yourself, in WhatsApp.
Indirectly, through others:
- Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs — your IP address, the pages requested, the time, and your browser's user-agent string. These exist for security and troubleshooting and are not used to profile visitors.
- Google Fonts. This site loads its typefaces from Google's servers, which means Google receives your IP address when a page loads. We do not control that processing; see Google's own privacy policy.
We do not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels, heatmaps, session recording or any similar tracking on this site.
4. Cookies
This website does not set cookies of its own. Your browser may store ordinary cached copies of pages and images so the site loads faster; that is local to your device.
5. What happens when you contact us
When you message us on WhatsApp, call, or send an email, we receive whatever you choose to share — typically your name, business name, phone number, email address, city, GSTIN and the details of what you want to buy.
We use that information only to respond to you, quote, invoice, dispatch your order and keep ordinary business records. We keep it for as long as we need it for that purpose and for as long as tax and company law requires us to retain transaction records.
WhatsApp conversations are carried on infrastructure operated by Meta, and email through our email provider. Those services have their own privacy terms, which we do not control.
6. Who we share it with
We share your details only where it is needed to do what you asked:
- Couriers and logistics partners — the name, address and phone number needed to deliver your order.
- Our accountant, bank and tax authorities — invoice and payment records, as required by law.
We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.
7. Marketing messages
If we send you catalogue updates or offers, it is because you are a customer or you asked us to. Reply "STOP" on WhatsApp or tell us by email and we will stop, with no effect on any order in progress.
8. Keeping it secure
This site is served over HTTPS. Enquiry records are held in our ordinary business systems with access limited to people who need them. No system is perfectly secure, but we will not ask you for card numbers, bank passwords, OTPs or CVVs over WhatsApp, email or phone — if someone claiming to be us does, it is not us.
9. Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within a reasonable period.
10. Children
This is a business-to-business catalogue. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
11. Links to other sites
Pages here link out to WhatsApp and may link to other third-party sites. Once you leave this website, this policy no longer applies.
12. Changes
If this policy changes we will update the page and the "last updated" date above. Material changes will be flagged to active customers.
