1. Where we ship
Pan-India. For destinations outside India, contact us before ordering — see the FAQs.
2. Dispatch time
Orders are usually dispatched within 3–7 business days of confirmation and payment clearing. Transit time is on top of that and depends on your city and the courier. Large or mixed orders can take longer; if you have a deadline, tell us when you enquire and we will confirm honestly whether we can meet it.
3. Freight charges
Freight is quoted with your order rather than built into the product price, because it depends on weight, volume and destination. Larger consignments cost less per piece to ship. Your quotation will show the freight figure separately before you commit.
4. Tracking
We share the courier name and tracking reference on the day of dispatch, by WhatsApp or email, whichever you used to order.
5. Risk and title
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to you or to a carrier you nominate. Title remains with us until the invoice is paid in full.
6. Check your consignment on arrival
This is the important one. Before you sign for a consignment:
- Count the cartons against the delivery note.
- Look at the condition of each carton.
- If a carton is torn, crushed, wet or re-taped, write that on the courier's proof of delivery before you sign, and photograph it.
A clean signature makes a transit-damage claim very difficult to win, with the courier and with us.
7. Damaged, short or incorrect goods
Tell us within 48 hours of delivery. Send:
- Your invoice number.
- Photographs of the outer carton, including the shipping label.
- Photographs of the affected goods.
- A count of the pieces affected.
WhatsApp is the fastest route — report a delivery problem.
Once we have confirmed the claim, we will at our option replace the affected pieces in your next dispatch, or credit them against your next invoice. We cover the cost of return collection where goods were damaged, short-shipped or incorrectly picked by us.
8. Manufacturing defects
If a product shows a genuine manufacturing fault that was not visible on inspection — a seam that gives way immediately, a squeaker that was never fitted, a coating that flakes on first use — tell us within 7 days of delivery with photographs. We will replace or credit the affected pieces.
Normal wear from use by an animal is not a manufacturing defect. Chew toys are consumable by design: they are meant to be chewed and eventually destroyed.
9. What we cannot take back
- Stock that simply did not sell. Wholesale goods are sold firm. This is why we keep minimums low — trial a small quantity, then reorder what works.
- Goods that have been used, washed, re-labelled, or had their packaging removed or damaged, except where you are reporting a defect.
- Items ordered correctly to your own specification or special request.
- Claims raised after the windows above have passed.
10. Cancelling an order
You can cancel at no cost any time before we dispatch — just tell us. Once a consignment has left us it cannot be cancelled; wait for delivery and raise any issue under the sections above. Refunds for cancelled orders go back by the route you paid, within a reasonable period of confirmation.
11. Failed delivery
If a consignment is returned to us because nobody was available to receive it, the address was wrong, or the courier could not reach you, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Re-dispatch freight is chargeable.
